KARAOKE WORLD CHAMPIONS 2006 (KWC) CROWNED DURING AN UNFORGETTABLE KARAOKE CRUISEThe cruise ship, M/S Galaxy, was filled with karaoke fans from all over the world\n\nWhen the fourth annual KARAOKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS took place, 8th - 10th September, 2006. Throughout the cruise, all passengers had the opportunity to visit Finland and Estonia. The international atmosphere of KWC2006 offered a magnificent program for its audience from Friday right through until Sunday. There were also several places for the general public to test their karaoke singing skills - \'Heavy Karaoke\' was sung in the disco and even in the sauna you could grab the mike and jump into the pool while singing karaoke! General karaoke was so popular that singers had to queue for several hours to wait their turn to sing.\n\nAfter the final rounds on the Saturday night, the KWC 2006 winners were announced. Tham Hui Chyi from Malaysia won the female category with Mark Wilson from Australia winning the male category. Mark was very touched by his victory, expressing it with tears of happiness. Being a part of the KWC 2006 event was an experience in itself for Mark as he had never travelled outside of his home country before. Now that he has been crowned the KWC 2006 Male Champion, Mark will travel toThailand for KWC 2007 where he will crown the next KWC Male Champion. Both Mark&Tham Hui Chyi will receive a trip to next year\'s KWC event as a part of their wonderful prize package.!
